Every storeroom and vaults has a key. The key makes it easy for anyone to open and lock the door Matthews 16:19. A key is a mechanism or device which opens something. If you have the key to something, you have the authority to open it. Most times, people waste their time trying to open a door with the wrong key. If you have the right key, you can open any door. I was thinking of what to do to move higher in the realm of the spirit: then I saw an angel who showed me a key and said ’With this key you can open any door to the room you want to enter. I could see the keys, so I asked the angel, How can I get the key? It was at this stage that I woke up. As I write this message, I am still looking for that key. I have asked myself what that key could mean, whether it is the power recorded in Isaiah 22: 22 “I will place on his shoulder the key of the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts, no one can open.” Is it the key to bind and loose that was recorded in Matthew 16:19 ’I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven”.
I am sure the angel was showing the key that can unlock the doors of heaven. Many people are praying for open doors but they do not have the right key. Since we are not sure of the right key, why not we try any of the following keys: ’The key to knowledge” Luke 11:52, ’The Key of Faith’ Mark 9:23; Mark 11: 22—, ’The key of prayers’ John 14:14; Acts 12:5; Luke 11: 9, ’The key of the Name of Jesus’ Philippians 2:9 —, ’The key of the blood of Jesus’ Rev. 12:11, Hebrews 9:22, Exodus 12:13 , ’The key of the fire of the Holy Spirit CCC 696, ’The key of holiness’ Deuteronomy 28:1—, ’The key of concentration’ James 4:8, Philippians 3:7—, ’The key of obedience’ Isaiah 1: 19, ’The key of fasting and almsgiving’.
I don’t know if any of the above keys will open the door for you. If any of the key do not open the door to what you are seeking, then pray to God to show you the right key. The doors that are closed and locked can only open if we use the right key. In his book, All Things are Possible through Prayers, Charles L. Allen wrote of a man he knew who went through a nightly ritual of inserting his keys into one of his shoes before going to bed. When he arose the next morning to face another day, the last item he routinely reached for after getting dressed was the shoe containing those keys. Taking them out of his shoe, he would hold them in his hand. While offering this simple prayer: O Lord, this day I will come to certain doors that are locked but I shall use these keys to open those doors. And may I remember this day that there is a key to every situation, a solution to every problem. May I never surrender to one of life’s locked doors. Instead may I use the keys on the key ring of prayer until I find the right key and the door be opened.’
Many people have surrendered to local doors because they were not able to find the right keys. If you are one of such persons, I suggest you pray the above prayers until you find a solution to your problems. We need the key to our career, business, health, finance, academics, breakthrough in life, ministry etc.
My prayers for you this year is that you will find the right keys to open all locked door in your life in Jesus Name.
